Product Information

The following summarizes upcoming changes to inclusion of capabilities within ProxySG, and the sale, via Blue Coat price lists, of 3rd party URL filtering products:

Notice of Status Change:
Proprietary integration mechanisms used by Websense Web Filter will no longer be supported within ProxySG, beginning with SGOS 6.3. Use within previous versions of ProxySG continues to be supported through the life of those versions.

End of Sale:
Sale of 3rd party URL filtering products via Blue Coat price lists will be discontinued as of November 1, 2011. At that time, only Blue Coat WebFilter will be sold by Blue Coat.
