Can't log in to GUI after PacketWise upgrade but still can access the PacketShaper via SSH and Telnet

Solution

Overview

After logging in, the following error message appears:

404 Not Found: The requested URL'/sky/MyShaper.htm' was not found on this server

After disabling Sky UI interface, we are able to successfully log in to Legacy UI.

Cause
Resolution

This is caused by missing Sky UI system files, due to a corrupted image. Download the image again from the BTO website and perform the upgrade with this new image file.
