Solution

Overview

While I was generating graphs/reports on network performance summary, access via wui became unavailable

Cause
Resolution

 

This could be caused if the shaper is busy, however try and see  if you still have access via telnet or ssh or console
If so :
Go to the cli and increase the timeout of the graphs to it’s maximum value which is 600s
Sys set graphtimeouts max
 
This should fix the problem
