How do I check the status of my RMA?

To find the status of your RMA, please go to:

You will be prompted for your BlueTouch Online (BTO) credentials.  Once you login, you will be able to see a list of your RMAs.  Click on the RMA of interest in order to obtain the status of your RMA.  It will show "Ship To:" information, outbound tracking number, ETA and the shipping status.

An alternate way to navigate there is to go to and click on Service Management.  You will be prompted for your BTO credentials.  Once you are logged in, click on "RMA Status" under "Service Management" and you will see your RMA list.  If you have multiple RMAs listed, you can click on the appropriate one to view the details.
