Solution

Overview

Uploading information from the command line interface (CLI) is useful if access to the GUI is slow, or not available.

Connect to ProxySG using a Serial Console, PUTTY or other software.  Here are the commands:

ProxySG>enable
Enable Password:
ProxySG#
ProxySG#conf t
Enter configuration commands, one per line.  End with CTRL-Z.

ProxySG#(config)diagnostics
ProxySG#(config diagnostics)service-info
ProxySG#(config service-info)view available
Service information that can be sent to Blue Coat

ProxySG#(config service-info)
ProxySG#(config service-info)send ?
 <SR #> <one or more commands from view available>
ProxySG#(config service-info)

Example:

ProxySG#(config service-info)send <SR #> system_information
Sending the following reports
System_information
ProxySG#(config service-info)

So if your TSE asks for a Sysinfo, event log and snapshots, you will need to upload each one individually.  The GUI is very efficient, but sometimes the GUI is not available.
