How to change email sender address from IntelligenceCenter?

Overview

It can be done by modifying the email notification settings.

1. Open the ic-system-configuration.xml file in a text editor. The file is located in \jboss-4.2.2.GA\server\management_application\conf directory in the IntellidenceCenter installation location (C:\BlueCoat\IntelligenceCenter by default).

2. Locate the <sender> from <email> section of the file and modify sender's email address in between <sender> and </sender> 

e.g. <sender>user@my.company.com</sender>

3. Once the modification is finished, save the xml file.

4. Restart the Blue Coat IntelligenceCenter service.
