IntelligenceCenter Scheduled Tasks email is inconsistent. How can I fix this?

Overview

I have scheduled task running hourly with email notification. However, I am not getting email every hour.

Cause
Resolution

Change the System Email Address setting at Manage > System Settings. Then stop the services below and restart them:

  • Blue Coat Agent for DataCollector 3.2.2.1
  • Blue Coat DataCollector 3.2.2.1
  • Blue Coat IntelligenceCenter 3.2.2.1
  • postgresql-8.4 - PostgreSQL Server 8.4
