This error is caused by an incompatible or incorrectly installed Java Runtime Environment (JRE) on your workstation.
To resolve the issue, update or reinstall JRE.
Download the latest JRE from www.java.com/en/download/index.jsp.
TIP: Only Director 6.x and later support Java version 7.0.
NOTE1: This issue can occur in SGME 220.127.116.11 and 5.5.x.
