ProxyClient is going to generate "0 line access-log" on FTP server every 10 seconds

Solution

Overview

ProxyClient is going to generate "0 line access-log" on FTP server every 10 seconds and this problem is causing Bluecoat Reporter reach the maximum limit (50,000 files) for importing access-log file process or could hit FTP security for file creation.

You can see following event log every 10 sec in the View Log tool.

Resolution

This problem is addressed on BugID138417 and has been fixed in ProxyClient 3.2.1.7 or later version.

 BugID138417 : ProxyClient creates spurious access logs to be uploaded to ftp server
