Cause
Resolution

On the Utilities screen of the management console, there is a Diagnostics button. In certain circumstances, a Blue Coat Technical Support representative may ask you to use these internal diagnostics. Using these diagnostics creates relatively large and detailed log files which may be of value when troubleshooting certain network configurations. This additional logging will affect system performance, so we do not advise turning on the diagnostics except at the request of Blue Coat Technical Support.
