Overview

Websense categories are showing up in your access logs that cannot be referenced in policy
You are seeing Websense categories in your access logs that you cannot reference in policy

Cause
Resolution

Websense supports both a standard and premium database.  If you purchased a license for the standard database, the premium categories still exist for logging purposes. URLs that are categorized into these groups cannot be used in policy and are not associated with the "none" or "uncategorized" groups since from a Websense perspective they are categorized, just not to a category that is included in your current subscription. The Websense standard database allows you to see these categories so that you are aware of the benefits of subscribing to the premium database.
