What does failure congestion means in "sys kmem pkt type" output

Solution

Overview

Congestion is memory pool used by Packetshaper to keep track of packet exchange time.  When response packet failed to recorded or detected by Packetshaper , the congestion failure counter will increase.  This is could caused by port scan, virus or worm activity on the network.  This will not effect the performance of Packetshaper.  If needed following command can be executed to disable packet exchange time monitoring.
