What do the restart codes 0x6001A and 0x60019 mean?

<< Back to Knowledge Search

Solution

Overview

Both of those restart codes represent manual restarts (restarts initiated by the administrator of the proxy)

0x6001A is a normal restart

0x60019 is an abrupt restart (imitated with the command "restart abrupt")

It is not possible for a ProxySG to restart itself and use one of those 2 codes so there is generally no need to open a support case for restarts showing those codes, they simply mean that someone initiated a restart command via the GUI or the CLI
