Note:  The Blue Coat Reporter team needs an Application memory dump to diagnose any related Reporter crash.

On a the latest Windows  server versions ( 2008. Vista and Windows 7) , the dump settings for system failure are located in the System Properties | Advanced tab | Startup and Recovery Settings. You no longer run the drwatson32 exe to configure it.

A generic overview what memory dumps are, and how to take them can be found at:

NOTE 1: Once the crash dump is created, please upload this file, and the Reporter diagnostics file to the service request (SR) for analysis.  It would also be helpful to include any information on what you were doing at the time of the crash.  For example let Blue Coat support know if you think it's a specific report that causes the crash.

You can test to see if you are configured properly to get a memory dump, by following this Microsoft article.

NOTE 2: On rare occasions there may be no swap drive configured, which is known to prevent memory dumps being created.  This swap file needs to be large enough to hold all the memory plus one megabyte.
