You are unable to download a ProxyAV license.

Cause
Resolution

Please try the following steps:

  1. Management Console > Subscriptions > Antivirus Vendor [] <-Insert antivirus Serial Number in the brackets > Save changes
  2. Management Console > Antivirus > Antivirus Settings > then Update

ProxyAV Subscription Service to return valid for 30 days if no response is received from the Integration Service to prevent any further expired licenses until we complete troubleshooting the issues. ProxyAV check subscription at 3 hour intervals and issue should resolve itself once a root cause is identified and resolved.
